" Collierville Dental Solutions is an absolutely EXCEPTIONAL practice. I work in healthcare, which has taught me to prioritize medical skills over ‘bedside manner’ - but these guys honestly have both. Twice I have needed emergency assistance (I don’t have the greatest teeth 😭). Both times they fit me in within 24 hours (one time I was seen on a Saturday!) and ensured I had pain medication to support me until I could be seen. They treated me with such empathy and prioritized me like I was family. I have been seen for a cracked, infected tooth and removal of a wisdom tooth that was erupting in such a way that it placed a ton of painful pressure on the tissue/other teeth around it. Both procedures went smoothly and recovery has been quick with minimal discomfort. Additionally, I have been pleasantly surprised at how affordable the services are (I have Aetna - but my financial responsibility was lower than I expected). Thank you Dr. Hayes, Shirin, Kristi and Dr. Phan for truly going above and beyond for me. I feel really blessed to have such great dental providers! "

Dr. Terry S. Hayes was raised in Memphis, TN. He graduated from the University of Mississippi (BS Biology 1992) and attained his dental degree (1996) from the University of Tennessee. He worked as an associate from '96-'98 before opening his dental office in 1998.

When he's not working, Dr. Hayes enjoys fly fishing, biking and playing tennis. Another one of his favorite hobbies is collecting and restoring old cars, such as the vintage 1958 Corvette. Other activities include relaxing backyard-barbeques with family and friends.

We believe finances should never be in the way of quality dentistry that our patients deserve. We have different financial options including dental savers plan to meet individual patients needs.

We accept Cash and all Major Credit cards as forms of payment for all dental services rendered. Unless there are extenuating circumstances or extensive treatment plans, we usually request for patient to make payment for services rendered at the time of their appointment.
